Coconut blossom syrup is derived from the inflorescence of the coconut palm. After separation of the inflorescence of coconut blossom juice flowing from the interface. The coconut palm is thus damaged unsustainable. The sugar is obtained finally by a thermal concentration method of coconut blossom juice.
Our coconut blossom sugar contains - compared to cane sugar not only a multiple of minerals, trace elements and antioxidants, but also has a low glycemic index (GI). Compared, for example, honey has a GI of 55 and cane sugar a GI of 68, coconut blossom sugar in contrast, only a GI of 35.
