Our Pure Protein Pizza Mix is an ideal solution for anyone who wants to eat healthy and fit. The high-quality mixture is wheat-free and contains a high protein content and lots of fiber. With natural ingredients and no chemical additives, it offers an unforgettable taste experience that is reminiscent of an original Italian pizza from a stone oven. The high protein content also supports muscle maintenance and building. With 470 g of Pure Protein Pizza Mix you can easily bake 4 pizzas with a diameter of 24 cm (or 2 pizza trays). With our Pure Protein Pizza Mix you can enjoy not only healthy but also delicious!
Dough preparation (for 2 round pizzas or 1 pizza tray): Mix 235 g Pure Protein Pizza Mix with 150 g lukewarm water and 15 g olive oil and mix with a mixer for approx. 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour and then, if necessary, divide it into 2 equal pieces and let it rest and rise for another 2 hours. Always cover the dough pieces so that they do not dry out on the surface. Now shape the dough into a pizza (approx. 24 cm in diameter or 1 whole pizza tray) and let it rise for another hour. Note: The long resting time causes the proteins and fiber to swell, which facilitates metabolism in the organism.
Then top the pizza and bake it on the middle rack in a preheated oven at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
For the topping we recommend pureed tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and fresh herbs.
Ingredients: Spelled flour, roasted chickpea flour, rice protein, potato protein isolate, oat fiber, roasted bean flour, sea salt, honey powder, instant dry yeast, buckwheat sprout flour, acerola powder.
