With our Protein-Pizza baking mix we have created a delicious and wheat free pizza alternative, for those who want to eat healthy and fit. The careful composition and selection of natural raw materials and the absence of chemical additives and fillers ensures an unforgettable taste experience like an original Italian pizza from the stone oven. Furthermore, the high protein content contributes to the increase and maintenance of muscle mass. Our Protein-Pizza baking mix is a wholesome food and does not burden. You can bake 4 pizzas with a diameter of 24 cm from 470 g with our Protein-Pizza baking mix.

Ingredients: Spelled flour, roasted chickpea flour, rice protein, potato isolate protein, oat fiber, roasted bean flour, sea salt, honey powder, instant dry yeast, buckwheat seedling flour, acerola powder.

Dough Preparation: Mix 235 g of Protein-Pizza baking mix (for 2 pizzas) with 150 g of lukewarm water (about 24° C) and 15 g of olive oil with a blender (medium speed) for about 5 minutes to a smooth dough. Best place the dough in a freezer bag and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature. Then divide the dough into two equal pieces (à 200 g) and shape the dough pieces round. Then place each piece of dough in its own freezer bag and let it rise for about 2 hours at room temperature. Make sure that the dough is always covered with foil so that it does not dry out on the surface. Make the dough pieces with the rolling wood into a pizza (about 24 cm in diameter) and let the pizza base stand for about 1 hour (again covered with foil) at room temperature. Then top up and bake. Note: Due to the long dormancy, the proteins and fiber swell up better. This allows the nutrients to be better metabolized by the organism.

Recommendation for the topping: Passed tomatoes, salt & pepper, mozzarella (about 80 - 100 g / pizza), olive oil and basil leaves or oregano, as well as other ingredients according to personal preferences.

Baking instructions:

  • ​Oven temperature: 250 ° C heat up (top- / bottom heat).
  • Bake the filled pizza in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes (middle bar).
