Our pure and natural sunflower lecithin powder without additives, without carrier is a de-oiled, fine lecithin powder for use in diverse food systems. It is tasteless, has a good dispersibility and prevents the formation of dust. As instantized aids it improves wettability behavior of powder for beverages and facilitates the uniform distribution of different active ingredients. Due to its high phospholipid content and therefore supplier of polyunsaturated fatty acids our pure Sunflower-Lecithin Powder is for producing of shakes or bars very well suited.
