Fine, white chocolate drops made from sugar-reduced chocolate with erythritol and steviol glycosides. Ideal for refining and garnishing biscuits, muffins, cupcakes and other baked goods and desserts. Or to snack on in between. They are tenderly melting and delicious in taste, with an intense chocolate note. Made from fine Belgian chocolate.
Usage: Heat the melted chocolate slowly over a water bath, spread it over the baked goods in the liquid state and glaze.
