Our white chocolate chocolate drops are sweetened without added sugar, but only with natural sugar substitutes erythritol + stevia. With a cocoa content of 27%, our white chocolate drops taste really delicious and have neither a bitter note nor a cool aftertaste.

The drops are a snack without added sugar and ideal for people who prefer sugar reduced (low-carb) food. They are multifunctional and can be used e.g. as a topping on desserts, as an addition in muesli or in bakeries. Melted drops can be perfectly used as couverture or drinking chocolate. But they are even ideal as snack only.

Recommended useage: Slowly heat the chocolate drops over a water bath and spread them over the baked goods while they are still liquid and glaze them.

Good to know: NON-GMO, sugar-free, vegan. Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
