Our natural, fat reduced cocoa powder 10/12 is made from 100% cocoa beans. The high-quality cocoa has a light color and a full-bodied taste. The cocoa powder has not been alkalized or treated in any other way and is completely natural. The cocoa powder is sugar-free and is therefore suitable for many applications. The origin of the cocoa beans used is a mixture from Ghana, Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Ecuador. Place of production: Germany.


Areas of application: Our cocoa powder is suitable for baking, sweet dishes, praline fillings and decorations, desserts, food bowls, smoothies or simply for a hot cup of cocoa. You can also use it to season savory dishes such as chilli con carne. In short, it can be used wherever cocoa powder with less fat and a strong taste is needed.
