Our chocolate drops made from fine dark chocolate are sweetened without added sugar but only with natural sugar substitutes erythritol + stevia. With their high cocoa content of 60%, our dark chocolate drops have a harsh taste, but leaving no bitter aftertaste. The drops are a sugar-free snack and ideal for people who prefer sugar reduced (low-carb) food.
They are multifunctional and can be used e.g. as a topping on desserts, as an addition in muesli or in bakeries. Melted drops can be perfectly used as couverture or drinking chocolate.
Recommended usage: Slowly heat the chocolate drops over a water bath and spread them over the baked goods while they are still liquid and glaze them.
Good to know: NON-GMO, sugar-free, vegan. Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
