Our wheat flour Type 550 is a milled product made from viable, healthy, non-genetically modified and non-irradiated bread wheat. The wheat varieties used for this are not genetically modified. The product meets all current requirements of German and European food legislation. Wheat flour contains a particularly large amount of gluten, so the dough made from it is always smooth and homogeneous.
Storage: Wheat flour should be stored in a cool and dry place (12 to 20°C). Under these conditions, it shows no sensory changes over a period of 12 months.
