Our pure strawberry fruit powder is made from sun-ripened, freshly frozen, aromatic strawberries. These are first ground after drying. Thanks to a particularly gentle production process, all the natural fruit-typical properties such as taste, color and smell are retained. It is a pure natural product from carefully dried fruits.

Recommended dosage: Mix 2-3 tablespoons of strawberry fruit powder into drinks, smoothie, cereal or yoghurt as needed.

Mode of action: Low addition gives the final product a light, delicate strawberry note.
