Our Coconut-Protein (Coconut flour) is obtained from 100 % fresh coconut flesh by product sparing drying, partly defatting and finely grinding. The product is characterized especially by its great water binding capacity. The flour is completely free from allergens and suitable for vegan diet.
Coconut flour convinces by its fine exotic and coconut typical flavor and is therefore suitable for various application fields: protein shakes and smoothies, ice cream, baked goods, spreads, desserts, bars and energy balls. During baking 20 to 25 % of the wheat flour in the recipe can be replaced by coconut flour.
