Description: Locust bean gum is extracted from the seeds of the carob tree and is therefore a natural and vegan thickening, binding and gelling agent, which is used as a food additive E 410 in the production of various foods and beverages. In hot water it dissolves completely, in cold water it forms a jelly.

Suggested use: To soften beverages add 2 g in 300 - 350 ml of liquid and mix the powder well in a shaker or blender. To stir food, add several grams of carob kernel flour to the desired consistency until completely dissolved.
