Cooking mix for 2-3 servings with Bavarian rice from Bavarian harvest. Ready in 25 minutes.


All you need is: just bring water to boil, optionally white wine to deglaze and fresh tomatoes or other vegetables and Parmesan cheese to refine. Preparation: Sauté approx. 100 g of ancient grain risotto per portion in a little oil. Deglaze with approx. 50 ml of white wine (or water), gradually add a total of approx. 750 ml of liquid and simmer the risotto on a low heat for around 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add some oil and/or Parmesan to taste. Our tip: Fry onions, vegetables or mushrooms separately and add them to the finished ancient grain risotto. When removing a portion, please mix well.


Ingredients: Pure spelt, emmer, einkorn, vegetables and herbs (tomatoes (7%), basil (1%), carrots, peppers, celeriac, onions, parsnips, garlic, parsley, lovage), rock salt. Contains spelled, emmer and einkorn gluten + celery. Free from modern wheat.


The Bavarian rice comes exclusively from our own cultivation in organic fields in Chiemgau, Bavaria. The mill grows our products in a sustainable crop rotation that protects and promotes soil life and biodiversity. The treatment of the harvested grain until the finished bag is carried out very carefully and gently by hand.


Quick dishes with ancient grains, buckwheat, lentils, etc. - for us that means: Easy to prepare - no additives - no preservatives - no flavor enhancers - only pure, best (organic) ingredients from as regional an origin as possible.
