Ancient grain risotto with dried tomatoes & basil | Cooking mix with Bavarian rice
Description
- Quick dish, easy to prepare
- With Bavarian rice
- From Bavarian harvest
- Without additives
Cooking mix for 2-3 servings with Bavarian rice from Bavarian harvest with dried tomatoes and basil. Ready in 25 minutes.
The Bavarian rice comes exclusively from our own (organic) fields in Chiemgau. The mill grows the products in a sustainable crop rotation that protects and promotes soil life and biodiversity. The harvested grain is treated very carefully and gently by hand until it is ready for use in the bag.
You will need: approx. 1 liter of hot water, optionally 50 ml of white wine for deglazing. Preparation: Put the contents of the packet in a pot and sauté briefly in a little oil. Deglaze with approx. 50 ml of white wine (or water), then keep adding a little water (approx. 800-1,000 ml of liquid in total) and let the risotto simmer gently for about 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 2 portions. Our tip: Fry onions, vegetables or mushrooms separately and add to the finished risotto.
