Cooking mix for 3-4 portions with ancient grains, lentils and buckwheat from our own harvest. Ready in 25 minutes.
The Bavarian curry consists of Bavarian rice, Beluga lentils and buckwheat from Bavarian cultivation. In addition, good, simple ingredients are combined to create a tasty and quick, wholesome dish. Fast, healthy cuisine from the region! All grains, lentils and buckwheat come exclusively from (organic) fields in Chiemgau. The mill grows our products in a sustainable crop rotation that protects and promotes soil life and biodiversity. The harvested grain is treated very carefully and gently by hand until it is ready to be packed.
You will need: 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk or cream, 700-800 ml water Preparation: Put the contents of the pack in a pot, add 400 ml coconut milk (1 can) and 700-800 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for approx. 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with pepper and salt and serve. Makes 3-4 portions. Add some oven-baked vegetables or cook for the last 5 minutes.
Ingredients: spelt, emmer, einkorn, beluga lentils, buckwheat, emmer wholemeal flour, vegetables and herbs (tomatoes, carrots, peppers, celeriac, onions, parsnips, garlic, ginger, chili, parsley, lovage, caraway, coriander, turmeric, mustard seeds, sage, fenugreek, fennel, rosemary, bay leaves, thyme), rock salt.
Allergens contained: spelt, other grains containing gluten, mustard, celery
Storage: dry, dark and well sealed.
