Preparation: Put approx. 55 g of Bavarian curry mixture per serving, approx. 100 ml of coconut milk and 175-200 ml of water in a pot, bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for approx. 20-25 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Season with pepper and salt and serve. Our tip: Add fried vegetables or mushrooms.

Ingredients: Original spelt, emmer, einkorn, beluga lentils, buckwheat, emmer wholemeal flour, vegetables and herbs (tomatoes, carrots, peppers, celeriac, onions, parsnips, garlic, ginger, chili, parsley, lovage, mother cumin, coriander, turmeric, mustard seeds, sage, fenugreek, fennel, rosemary, bay leaves, thyme), rock salt. Contains emmer, einkorn and spelled gluten. Free from modern wheat.

All grains, lentils and buckwheat come exclusively from our own cultivation in organic fields in Chiemgau, Bavaria. The mill grows our products in a sustainable crop rotation that protects and promotes soil life and biodiversity. The treatment of the harvested grain until the finished bag is carried out very carefully and gently by hand.
