Our dark chocolate chunks are the perfect addition to all your baking creations. These seductively intense dark chocolate pieces remain wonderfully crunchy even after baking and give your cakes, cookies, sweet pastries and rolls a noble chocolate taste. Made from 100% delicious Callebaut dark chocolate, the chocolate chunks contain less cocoa butter so they can withstand baking temperatures of up to 200°C. Ideal for baked goods with medium to long baking times and thanks to their medium size, they do not melt during baking. Enjoy firm chocolate and great chocolate taste in your baking creations. Our tip for you: Only mix the chocolate pieces into the dough shortly before the end of the kneading process to prevent the dough from discoloring and the chocolate pieces from melting.
