The white chocolate pieces contain less cocoa butter so that they can withstand baking temperatures of up to 200°C. They are also ideal for baked goods with a medium to long baking time. Thanks to their medium size, they do not melt during baking - so you can enjoy firm chocolate and great chocolate taste in your baked goods. Our tip for you: Only mix the chocolate pieces into the dough shortly before the end of the kneading process. This prevents the dough from discoloring and the chocolate pieces from melting.
